Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders

• If no SMS code arrives within 15 minutes, the order is cancelled and the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.
• You may cancel an order yourself after 3 minutes if no code has arrived, for a full refund to your wallet.
• Once a code has been delivered, the order is complete and cannot be refunded.

Wallet top-ups

• Unused wallet funds can be returned to the same payment method within 14 days, if you ask us.
• A payment that was taken twice, or failed and still charged you, is refunded in full.
• Refunds back to mobile money or a card take 5–10 business days.
